3例肝结核合并门静脉高压症的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨肝结核合并门静脉高压症的临床特征、诊断及治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析2000～2007年我院收治的3例肝结核合并门静脉高压症的临床资料。结果:术前仅2例疑为肝结核。3例均行肝切取活检术,1例行脾脏部分切除术,2例行全脾脏切除术,3例均行门奇静脉断流术获痊愈。结论:肝结核合并门静脉高压症少见,易误诊,预后好,肝切取活检是确诊率较高的诊断方法,其治疗以外科、内科综合治疗。Objective ：To summarize the experiences on clinical feature ,diagnosis and treatment of liver tuberculosis with portal vein hypertension. Methods：To retrospectively analyze the clinicopathologic data of 3 patients with liver tuberculosis complicated with the portal vein hypertension admitted from 2000 to 2007 in our hospital. Results：Only two patients were suspected of liver tuberculosis before operation.Liver biopsy during the operation was carried out in 3 patients, and partial excision of the spleen was performed in 1 patient,and all of the patients were cured. Condusion：Liver tuberculosis complicated with portal rein hypertension is a rare disease,and it tends to be misdiagnosed.Liver biopsy is the method with higher diagnostic rate, the choice of treatment is carried by medicine and surgery.
