摘  要:提出一种多驱动齿的新型旋转驻波超声电动机;采用增添附加齿的方法对电机振子的B06面外弯曲模态进行了预期的修正,实现了驱动齿最佳位置的设计;经对样机振子的振型测试,验证了有限元分析的准确性。对影响振子模态及固有频率的主要结构参数进行了有限元数值分析,为设计及加工振子提供了理论依据。In this paper, a new type of standing wave ultrasonic motor with more driving teeth was presented, and B06 flexural modes of the vibrator were amended to realize a better driving position through setting odditional teeth. The modes of the vibrator's prototype were measured, and the results of FEM were verified. Influences of main parameters of the vibrator on vibrating modes and natural frequencies were analyzed by FEM, which gave the theoretic basis for the vibrator's design.
