摘  要:为了实现远程控制多台无刷直流电动机,使电机控制信号免受干扰并尽可能减少联接电缆,设计了以RS-485总线为通信方式,组成主、从多机网络对多台电机进行控制。通信数据包括向各个电机传送PWM占空比,并接收转速、电压以及电流等参数。实验结果验证所设计RS-485通信是可行且准确的,使得上位机控制多个控制对象连线简洁,提高了系统的可靠性。In order to realize the long-distance control of brushless DC motors ( BLDCM), made control signals from interference and try to reduce the number of cable, half duplex RS-485 master-slave network adopted and we can control every BLDCM based on bus 485. Communications data included the duty rate of PWM to motor and speed, voltage and current to PC. The result of experiments verified RS-485 was viable and exact in the formed by a master PC and project. It made connections simple and work reliable for the control system many slave MCUs.
