摘  要:论述当前我国一些中型硫铁矿制酸装置转化设备的设计特点。催化剂床自上至下按照二,三,四,五,一顺序布置,转化器壳体与催化剂床层相对应分成5个圆筒,使各段隔板的直径较壳体外径大15 mm,在与壳体交接处焊牢,以保证气密性。采用多孔板支撑缩放管换热器,以提高传热效率,增大对运行负荷的适应性。增设省煤器,以保证入吸收塔气体温度,提高系统热回收率。建议开车时采用电炉升温。Design features of conversion equipment in some domestic medium-scale sulphuric acid plants based on pyrites are discussed. The catalyst beds are arranged in the order of pass two, third, four, five and one from up to down. The shell is divided into sections according to respective beds and each section is welded to a partition board which has a diameter 15mm larger than the outside diameter of shell to ensure gas tightness. For enhancing heat transfer and flexibility to operating load, heat exchangers with contracted-expanded tubes supported by perforated plates are used. Hot tube economizers are installed to ensure temperature of gases entering absorption towers and raise heat recovery of system. It is recommend to use electric furnace for plant startup.
