摘　　要：介绍德国DRESSER-RAND公司生产的CSDS-Ⅱ-G型饱和蒸汽发电机组的结构、主要特点及在侯马冶炼厂的应用。汽轮机进口饱和蒸汽流量15～34 t/h、压力3.8 MPa、温度250℃,出口蒸汽压力0.4 MPa、温度150℃。72 h现场测试结果表明,在进口蒸汽流量20.8 t/h下发电容量为987 kW,达到了设计要求,经济效益和环境效益良好。C5DS-Ⅱ-G saturated-steam generator manufactured by DRESSER-RAND, Germany, is described with respects to its structure, main features and application in Houma Smelter. Saturated steam enters generator at 15 -34 t/h, 3.8 MPa and 250℃ and leaves it at 0. 4 MPa and 150℃. 72 hour-testing on site showed that generating capacity of 987 kW was reached at steam rate of 20. 8 t/h and design requirements were satisfied, resuiting in good economic and environmental benefits.
