摘  要:四川白马循环流化床示范电站300 MW CFB锅炉飞灰气力输送系统存在管道堵塞、前后电场出力无备用和阀门频繁损坏等问题,对此,提出了改变省煤器与一电场连接方式,增大飞灰气力输送管管径,在进气阀和逆止阀之间加装"n"型连通管,将透气阀和气囊式圆顶阀更换为陶瓷双面闸板阀等改进措施。改造后,系统出力显著提高,运行可靠性明显增加,效果良好。The problems existing in pneumatic ash conveying system of 300 MW boiler in Sichuan Baima CFB Demonstration Power Station Co I.td are Pipe blockage,without reserve output capacity in front and rear electric fields,and frequent damage of valves etc.. For these,corresponding retrofit measures, such as increasing the diameter of conveying pipe, changing the connection scheme of econ- omizer with one electric field,and additionally installing n - shaped connection tube between the air inlet valve and the non - return valve,as well as replacing the air - intaking valve and the air - bag type domed valve with ceramie double - sided gare valve,etc. ,have been put forward. After retrofitting,the output capacity of said conveying system has been remarkably enhanced,the reliability of operation being subsantially increased, having good effectiveness.
