摘 要:根据某有色金属公司铜冶炼废渣的特点,开展了利用浮选方法进一步回收其中的铜、金和银等有价金属的研究工作。探索了不同捕收剂对废渣中铜及金、银回收的影响,进行了中矿再磨再选、载体浮选、磁场强化浮选等工艺方案的试验研究。结果表明,在磁场条件下采用高效铜组合捕收剂(丁黄药+Z-200)和组合抑制剂(石灰+Na2S)及合理的工艺流程能获得含铜16%以上的铜精矿,可进一步回收其中的有价金属。铜冶炼废渣的进一步利用不但能为矿山提供新的资源,减少环境污染,而且对矿山盘活固定资产和闲置设备及寻找新的经济增长点都具有十分重要的意义。Based on the characteristics of copper smelting waste of a non-ferrous metal company, research on recovering copper, gold, silver and other valuable metals with flotation methods was launched. The influence of different collectors on the recovery of gold and silver was studied, and the tests on regrinding and reseparation of middlings, carrier flotation and magnetic flotation were carried out. The results show that, using high effective copper combined collector (butyl xanthanes and Z -200) and combined depressant (lime and NaES) , and, adopting a rational technical flowsheet, copper concentrate with a copper content of above 16% can be obtained with the presence of a magnetic field, and other valuable metals therein can be further reclaimed. The re-utilization of copper smelting waste brings many profits to the enterprise, as it can not only provide new resources and reduce environmental pollution, but also revitalize the fixed assets and idled facilities, and create new economic growth point.
