摘 要:从墨西哥引进大花香草兰在海南兴隆试种,以海南主栽品种墨西哥香草兰为对照,观察了2个香草兰品种的农艺性状表现。结果表明:大花香草兰在海南能够正常开花结果,与墨西哥香草兰相比,大花香草兰的年均茎蔓生长量较小,茎蔓较粗、节间较短;年长叶数少、最大叶较短宽且较厚、叶面积较大;植后开花结荚时间推迟2年,开花期晚10 d左右,每个花序的花朵数较少,花朵较大;果荚发育期与墨西哥香草兰相同,果荚较短且较粗,单果重较重;加工后,干果荚含微量香兰素(<0.05%),香气、香味特征与墨西哥香草兰不同。Vanilla pompona Schiede introduced from Mexico was trial planted in Xinglong, Hainan, with Vanillafragrans as the control, the agronomic characteristics of these two vanilla cuhivars were observed. The results indicated that V. pompona could flower and pod well in Hainan. As against V. fragrans, V. pompona was found to have smaller vines growth, thicker vine and shorter node; the per year growing leaf number was less, the largest leaf was shorter, wider and thicker, the leaf area was bigger, flowering and podding time was postponed about two years in relation to V. fragrans, anthesis was about ten days later, flower number per inflorescence was less, but bigger flower, podding time was the same to V. fragrans, the pod of V. pompona was less in length, thicker in diameter and more heavy in single-pod. The vanillin content of curing pod was low (〈0.05%), and the curing pod had different distinct floral aroma from V. fragrans.
