摘 要:利用机械研磨对粉煤灰进行了活化,并对其进行了酸法溶出氧化铝的试验。详细研究了研磨活化前后粉煤灰的微观形貌和结构变化,酸浸结果表明,机械研磨可以很好激发粉煤灰中玻璃相氧化铝的化学活性,可以将氧化铝的溶出率提高到74.5%。Fly ash was actived by a method of mechanical grinding, and then some leaching tests were conducted to extract the aluminium oxide from the ash in acid solutions. The structural and micromorphological changes of the ash were analyzed before and after grinding activation. The leaching results indicate that the chemical activities of grass phase aluminium oxide in the ash could be excited by the grinding method. The leaching rate of the aluminium oxide in the ash could increase to 74.5%.
