摘 要:建立有限长的圆柱管道壳体振动与声辐射的有限元和边界元的三维模型,结合有限元模态分析和实验模态分析对管道结构进行分析,将ANSYS模态分析的结果导入SYSNOISE中,利用SYSNOISE计算了流体-结构相耦合状态下的管道模型的声辐射功率级;研究不同约束、厚度和阻尼对管道振动声辐射的影响,给出有助于抑制管道结构振动和声辐射的建议。A three-dimensional shell model of finite element method and boundary element method for computing vibration and acoustic radiation of a finite cylindrical pipe is established. The vibration modes of the pipe shell are analyzed numerically and experimentally. Results of the mode analysis with ANSYS code are input to BEM software SYSNOISE. Then the sound radiation power level of the fluidstructure coupling model of the pipe is obtained. Influence of various constraint conditions, thickness and damping on the sound radiation of pipe vibration is studied. Suggestions for reducing structural vibration and acoustic radiation are proposed.
