摘 要:建立基于BEM/FEM联合求解方法的柴油机整机结构声辐射仿真流程;采用与传统算法的对比,结构动态精细模型技术,柴油机整机组合结构摩擦理论以及边界单元划分经验,得到能够保证工程计算精度的整机声振特性仿真模型。利用上述所得模型,分析某型四缸柴油机整机结构在三种不同裙部刚度加强方法下的声辐射特性。研究表明,加强裙部刚度能够使得整机结构辐射噪声显著降低。To improve the accuracy of prediction in simulation of the dynamic and acoustic behavior of diesel engines, an approach based on mixed FEM/BEM method is proposed. Procedure of simulation for structural acoustic radiation prediction is established. Several methods are employed to obtain the accurate models, including comparison of the current method with traditional algorithms, mode convergence method, the linear dynamic characteristics of an engine assembly, the experience of element meshing, etc. Applying these methods, FEM and BEM models of a 4-cylinder diesel engine are established for predicting the characteristics of sound radiation. Comparison between original model and several modified models shows that noise of the high-power diesel engines can be reduced by increasing the stiffness of block skirt. The methods for increasing rigidity of block skirt include using trapezoidal corrugated sheet of oil sump, connecting main bearing to transverse bolts, and increasing the stiffness of the bulkhead by connecting them together.
