空心螺钉治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨空心螺钉内固定治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法2002-05/2007-12采用空心螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折32例,随访疗效。结果随访时间1 5年,平均2.6年,获得随访者32例,平均骨折愈合时间6.2月,髋关节功能优良率84.3%,股骨头坏死2例。结论空心螺钉内固定是治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折的有效方法,能提高骨折愈合率,降低股骨头坏死率。Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of using cannulated screw to cure the femoral neck fracture （FNF）. Methods Thirty Two FNF patients were cured by using cannulated screw from May 2002 to December 2007. There were 22 males and 10 females, and their mean age was 33 years old （ranged 19 -52 years old）. All cases were fresh fracture. Twelve cases were Garden Ⅱ , 13 cases Garden Ⅲ, and 7 cases Garden IV. Results The patients were followed up for 1 - 5 years, with an average time of 2.6 years. The average fracture union time was 6. 2 months and excellent hip joint function rate reached 84.3%. Two patients had ischemic necrosis of femoral head in the 32 follow-up patients. Conclusion Cannulated screw fixation is a good method to treat the femoral neck fracture in young adults. It can improve the rate of fracture union and reduce the rate of avascular necrosis of femoral head.
