摘  要:介绍回火胎圈钢丝在轮胎中的安装位置及其与橡胶黏合力的重要性,指出胎圈钢丝与橡胶的黏合力不高是造成胎圈钢丝松散和爆胎的主要原因。对胎圈钢丝成品工序的工艺参数进行分析,采用适中的酸洗浓度,电解酸洗电压调整在4.0~4.5V,合理控制镀液中铜离子浓度和镀铜时间,加强中和槽NaOH浓度检测,可使彩1.65mm胎圈钢丝的黏合力在1200N以上,附胶率达到95%,01.00mm的胎圈钢丝黏合力在900N以上,附胶率达到100%,满足市场要求。To introduce the installation place of tempered bead wire in the tyre and the importance of adhesion force between bead wire and rubber. The main reason is pointed out that causing bead wire loosenness and tyre blowout is low adhesion force between bead wire and rubber . The technology parameters of bead wire finished product procedure are analyzed. To adopt proper pickling concentration, to adjust electrolytic acid pickling voltage to 4.0 - 4.5 V, to reasonably control copper ionic concentration in plating bath and copper plating time, to strengthen the inspection of NaOH concentration in neutralization tank, the bead wire adhesion force of 131.65 mm reaches over 1 200 N, rubber adhesion ratio reaches 95% , the bead wire adhesion force of 131.00 mm reaches over 900 N, rubber adhesion ratio reaches 100%. Which meet the market demands.
