摘 要:对金属制品设备使用中存在的功率不匹配而造成效率低、电能浪费严重的问题进行分析研究,总结出设备选型的正确方法:拉丝机和捻股(绳)机单独传动的收绳部分采用交流变频电机恒功率运行最为经济;打轴机用恒功率调速电机能提高设备的工艺性能,提高产量,降低成本;倒立式收线机采取分组集中传动和利用电机高速恒功率运行可减少投资和节能。根据水箱拉丝机的"滑差"拉拔原理,通过数字对比和定性分析,建议使用双主动塔轮水箱拉丝机,淘汰单主动塔轮结构的水箱拉丝机。指出以设备质量大小为主要条件选购金属制品设备是个误区。To analyze and research the problems of low efficiency and heavy electricity energy waste due to no matching power in the use of steel wire products equipment, the right equipment selecting method is summarized: wire drawing machine and rope take-up section of strander or closer adopting alter current frequency conversion motor to run with constant power is most economic; using constant power adjustable speed motor in wire winder can raise process property of equipment and output, decrease cost; it can decrease investment and save energy for headstand take-up to adopt units concentration driving and to make use of motor high speed constant power running. In accordance with "slipping difference" drawing principle of wet wire drawing machine and by digital comparison and qualitative analysis, the suggestion was put forward to use double driver tower pulley wet wire drawing machine to replace single driver tower pulley wet wire drawing machine. It is pointed out that taking equipment mass big or not as main condition to select steel wire products equipment is a mistake.
