全球金融危机对我国进出口贸易的影响分析

摘　　要：本文根据对国内外经济形势的分析和截至2008年11月底的海关统计数据,对我国进出口总额、中美和中欧贸易进行了测算。提出了2009年我国对外贸易中需要关注的一些问题,例如综合运用多种政策工具减轻金融危机影响;贸易顺差持续扩大,贸易摩擦形势严峻;加工贸易进出口显著下降将带来严重就业问题;机电产品进出口前景不容乐观;呼吁欧美扩大对华技术出口。In this paper, the development of China＇s foreign trade in 2009 is analyzed under the background of global financial crisis. Based on the data up to October 2008, China＇s trade volume in 2008 and 2009 including that between China and its major trading partners and that of major trading commodities are forecasted. Attentions should be paid to some issues： utilizing multiple maeroeeonomic policies to increase the foreign trade volumes; the strict environment of trade friction; unemployment caused by the decrease of processing trade volume; the large drop of mechanical and electric product export; increasing the import of high techniques from Europe and the United States.
