摘  要:调查FN、LM对EKC的粘附及迁移功能的影响。结果显示.FN促进EKC的迁移活动.增进EKC的粘附值。EKC在FN的介导下有助于加速创面重上皮化的修复过程:LM有增进EKC的粘附能力.抑制EKC的迁移,还能以浓度依赖方式减少FN介导的EKC迁移活动。在创面愈合中、后期,即基膜重建过程中.使EKC脱离FN等促进细胞功能活化的基质蛋白接触.恢复EKC生物学功能静止状态及EKC对基膜的稳定性有重要意义。The biological behavior of epidermal keratinocyte (EKC), (attachment, spreading and so on) is influenced by contact of the cell with extracellular matrix proteins (EMP). In our experiment, we investigated the effect of fibronectin (FN) or/and laminin (LM) on EKC migration and attachment. The results showed that FN markedly promoted EKC attachment, and motility. These functional changes of EKC induced by FN could accelerate the process of re- epithelialization. We also observed LM markedly promoted EKC attachment, but inhibited EKC migration. LM also dramatically reduced FN-induced migration in a concentration dependant manner. These results suggest the possible importance of LM in vivo during the process of basement membrane remoulding in proventing EKCactive EMP (such as FN, type I collagen) interaction, sealing a small quantity of FN secreted by proliferating EKC, making EKC restore to its resting status and obtaining a stable epithelial sheet.
