烧伤患者血清IL-8水平与中性粒细胞的关系

摘　　要：10例烧伤患者,按烧伤面积和深度分Ⅰ、Ⅱ两组.各5例.检测伤后8h、1d、3d、1、2、3、4周7个不同时相血清白介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)水平及中性粒细胞数。结果发现:两组患者伤后3d与8h相比,血清IL-8水平呈显著增高(P<0.001);而Ⅱ组血清IL-8水平于伤后2周再达高峰,IL-8水平与烧伤面积和深度有关。此外,烧伤病人伤后中性粒细胞水平升高时.血清IL-8水平却下降,而当中性粒细胞水平下降时,血清IL-8水平却升高,且于伤后第3d呈负相关(γ=-0.67,p<0.05)。In this study we have measured the concentration of interleukin- 8 (IL- 8) in plasma collected from 10 patients. The patients were divided into 2 groups according to the extent and depth of their burns, group Ⅰ: patients with medium burn, 18%～30% of the BSA, third degree burns to less than 10% of the BSA; and group Ⅱ with large burns, 38%～86% of the BSA, third degree burns 15%～55%. The level of plasma IL-8 was measured using an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The mean level of plasma IL- 8 increased and reached a high level in both groups at 3 days postburn, but in patients of group Ⅱ it increased again at second week postburn. Furthermore, the concentration of plasma IL-8 in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ. There was a negative relation between plasma IL-8 concentration and the neutrophil counts, significant at 3rd day (r=-0.674, P<0.05)
