摘  要:研究高温与烫伤深度之间的关系,热源相同而接触时间不同所致的皮肤浅Ⅱ度烫伤创面的发展规律。两组大鼠均以70℃水烫,实验组Ⅰ和实验组Ⅱ的接触时间分别为15s和10s。两组在烫后8h或6h,创面均属Ⅱ度烫伤,至烫后1d,局部病变加重而累及真皮浅层毛囊。实验组1至烫后2周,除1例创面修复愈合外余4例因创面坏死并发感染而未愈合;而实验组Ⅱ在烫后7d,5例大鼠的创面已基本愈合,说明其热源虽相同,但因接触时间较短,损伤较轻.局部抗感染、抗损伤和自然修复能力较强。The relationship between high temperature and the degree of scald, also the law of development of the wound of superficial partial thickness burns with the same sources of heat but different period time of contact were studied. Scald was formed in both group of rats by 70℃ water. The contact time for group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were 15 second and 10 second respectively. After 8 hours or 6 hours, the scald in both groups developed into superficial partial-thickness burns, and one day after scald, the local pathologic changes became deeper and involved hair follicle's or superficial layer of dermis. In group Ⅰ, until 2 weeks after scald, except one case in which surface of wound was reparied, the remaining 4 rats suffered from necrosis complicated with infection resulting in non-healing. However, in group Ⅱ, 7d after the scald, the surface of wound in 5 rats was essentially healed, which indicated that if the time of contact is shorter, the injury will relatively lighter, though the sources of heat were the same. Hence its ability to anti-infection, to resist local injury, and to repair itself are all relatively stronger.
