摘　　要：法律移植成本是衡量法律移植是否有效的尺度,而法律移植成本分析制度是以有限的法律资源,进行有效的法律移植,实现法律移植本土化的保证。我国的法律移植应该引入法律移植成本分析制度,并且使法律移植成本分析的主体规范化,使法律移植成本分析所提供的数值是多种成本组合方式分析的综合值,通过对影响法律移植成本的定量和变量分析,以及法律移植的成本分析与法律移植的价值评判界限的把握,实现法律移植的理性化和科学化。The cost of law transplantation determines whether the transplantation is successful or not, while the cost analytical system of law transplantation is a guarantee for the effective transplantation.In China, the cost analytical system should be introduced to standardize and guarantee China＇s law transplantation analysis. The transplantation of law should be made rational and scientific by using quantitative and variable analyses and by judging the amount of cost.
