摘　　要：宪政运行的成本分析,既有利于理解宪政原理,更有利于丰富宪法学的研究内容和方法。宪政运行的成本就是宪政运行各个环节产生的费用和代价,具有边际性、无偿性、趋向最大性、长期性与隐藏性以及不确定性和非物质性等特点。The analysis of the operation cost of constitutionalism plays an active part both in understanding the constitutionalism and in richening research contents and methods of constitutional jurisprudence. This kind of cost is the payment of all parts of constitutionalism operation, which contains the feature of marginal, voluntary, trend of maximum, long term, perdue, nondeterminacy, and non-corporality.
