震灾后旅游恢复重建的协调机制探析

摘　　要：灾后重建是一项长期的系统工程,必须充分发挥政府的引导作用,通过建立有效的协调机制,使之既能调动各方面力量参与灾后重建的积极性,又能保证灾后重建工作的有力、有序、有效进行。本文就援建部门协调机制、民间组织参与机制、农民利益分享机制以及相应的监督机制等几个方面,对震灾后旅游恢复重建的协调机制进行了探析。The post-disaster reconstruction is a long-term and systematic project, the guiding rule of government has to be put into full play in the process. An effective coordination mechanism has to be set to activate all forces in the post-disaster reconstruction and to guarantee the reconstruction completed strongly, orderly and effectively. Aid coordination mechanisms, civil-organization participating mechanisms, farmers＇ benefit-sharing mechanism and supervision mechanisms are discussed in this paper.
