摘　　要：目前国家机关和政府所属事业单位开始逐步实行公开招聘的用人制度。在新形势下,高等院校如何才能在公开招聘中选择到优秀的人才,更好地为教学和科研服务,成为一个新的话题。简要分析了公开招聘制度的特点,以辽宁中医药大学在2008年上半年公开招聘为实例,粗浅地探讨了高等院校如何在公开招聘中选择人才的方法以及需要注意的问题。At present the official departments and public institution belong to government agencies begin to implement the open recruitment of personnel system. Under the new circumstances, colleges and universities how to recruit the best people for teaching and research services, become a new topic. The paper analyzes the characteristics of the open recruitment system, taking Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine＇s open recruitment in the first half of 2008 as an example, and shallowly talks the methods about choosing talents in the open recruitment and the problems that need to pay attention.
