活血消癥颗粒的实验药效学研究

摘　　要：目的观察活血消癥颗粒对实验性子宫肌瘤大鼠子宫肌瘤增生、性激素水平及雌激素受体表达的影响。方法将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、活血消癥颗粒高、中、低剂量组及桂枝茯苓组,每组10只。除正常对照组外,其余各组均造模建立实验性子宫肌瘤增生模型。在造模同时正常对照组、模型组给予等体积蒸馏水灌胃;其余各组分别给予不同剂量的相应药物灌胃,灌胃7w。观察各组大鼠子宫重量及直径,血清中性激素水平、子宫雌激素受体含量等指标的变化。结果活血消癥颗粒高、中剂量组可显著降低子宫系数、直径、血清中性激素(除促黄体素)及雌激素受体含量,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论活血消癥颗粒对子宫肌瘤增生有明显的治疗作用,其作用机理可能与通过调节血清垂体性腺轴激素水平,降低雌激素受体含量等作用有关。Objective To observe the impacts of Huoxuexiaozheng Granule （granule for activating blood circulation and removing masses） on uterus myoma hyperplasia, sex hormone level and estrogen receptor expression. Methods 60 Wister rats were randomized into normal control group, model group, high - dose, middle -dose and low- dose groups of Huoxuexiaozheng Granule and Cinnamon ＆ Poria group, 10 rats in each group. Except normal control group,the models of experimental uterus myoma hyperplasia were made in the rest groups. Simultaneously, distilled water of equal volume was used for gastric perfusion in normal control group and model group. The corresponding drugs of different doses were provided for gastric perfusion in the rest groups for 7 weeks. It was to observe the changes in weight and diameter of uterus, sex hormone level in serum and estrogen receptor content in uterus in every group. Results In high - dose and middle - dose groups of Huoxuexiaozheng Granule, uterus coefficient and diameter, serum sex hormone （except luteinizing hormone） and estrogen receptor content were decreased significantly, indicating significant difference compared with those in model group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Huoxuexiaozheng Granule provides apparent therapeutic effect on uterus myoma hyperplasia and its mechanism may be through regulating serum pituitary - gonad axis hormone level and decreasing the content of estrogen receptor.
