中药蜡疗治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨应用中药蜡疗方法治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的临床疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的42例椎间盘源性腰痛患者采用中药蜡疗的方法治疗,观察患者治疗后的临床疗效及治疗前后视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)情况。结果42例患者VAS评分由治疗前的(7.4±0.65)分下降为(3.5±0.64)分,其优良率为95%。结论中药蜡疗治疗椎间盘源性腰痛方法简单,疗效显著,无毒副作用,且简单易行,可反复应用,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of paraffin therapy on lumbar discogenie pain in Chinese Medicine. Methods 42 cases of lumbar discogenie pain that were complied with diagnostic criteria were treated with paraffin therapy of Chinese medicine. It was to observe the clinical efficacy after treatment and visual analogue pain scale （VAS） before and after treatment. Results VAS of 42 cases was down to （ 3.5 ± 0.64 ） score from （7.4 ± 0.65 ） score before treatment and the excellent and good rate was 95 %. Conclusion Paraffin therapy with Chinese medicine is a simple method for the treatment of lumbar discogenic pain with significant efficacy,without toxic side effects. It is easy to be operated and can be applied repeatedly. Hence this therapy is worth to be further promoted.
