股骨近端锁定型解剖钢板内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨股骨近端锁定型解剖钢板内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折患者的临床疗效。方法将股骨转子间骨折的30例患者,采用股骨近端锁定型解剖钢板内固定治疗,术后根据不同情况进行对症和康复支持治疗。结果30例患者治疗后优24例,良5例,可1例,差0例。平均随访15个月,骨折愈合时间为3～7个月,平均4个月。结论股骨近端锁定型解剖钢板内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折具有操作简便、固定牢靠、并发症少、抗旋转力强、功能锻炼早、患肢功能恢复快、满意率高等优点,是一种较好的治疗方法。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy on intertrochanteric fracture treated with internal fixation with anatomic steel plate of proximal femoral lock. Methods 30 cases of intertrochanteric fracture were treated with internal fixation with anatomic steel plate of proximal femoral lock. Symptomatic treatment and rehabilitation were provided in terms of different situations after operation. Results Of 30 cases,24 cases were excellent,5 cases good, 1 case fair and 0 case bad. The cases were followed - up for 15 months averagely and it was discovered that the time of fracture healing was ranged from 3 to 7 months, averagely 4 months. Conclusion In the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture, internal fixation with anatomic steel plate of proximal femoral lock is operated easily, provides stable fixation and has less complications and strong rotation resistance. This method is advantageous at early functional exercise, quick functional recovery of the affected limbs and high satisfactory rate. Hence,it is a quite good therapy of the disease.
