摘  要:探讨以菜籽油皂脚为原料经过酸化-两次酯化-转酯化过程获得生物柴油的工艺,研究了如何降低酸化油中游离脂肪酸含量的方法以及转酯化反应的条件。结果表明:两次甲酯化使得酸价降到1.67mgKOH/g样品,效果明显;转酯化反应的最佳条件为:催化剂用量0.5%,甲醇用量25.0%(25mL/100g油脂),反应时间30min,反应温度65℃,转化率达到95.84%。经分子蒸馏后脂肪酸甲酯的含量达到98.0%以上。Soapstocks is a byproduct of the deacidification with alkali in the processing of the oil. The process using acidification-two esterifications-transesterification for biodiesel production from rapeseed oil soapstocks was developed. How to lower the content of free fatty acid and the conditions of transesterification were mainly studied. The results shows that the acid value was obviously reduced to 1.67mgKOH/g by two esterifications; the optimum conditions of transesterification were 0.6% (w/w) amount of catalyst, 20% (v/w) amount of methanol, reaction time 60min and temperature 65℃. Under these conditions, the conversion ratio reached 95.84% and the content of fatty acid methyl esters was above 98% through molecular distillation.
