摘  要:试样以部分稳定氧化锆(PSZ)和金属Al粉为原料,在N2气氛下经1600℃×4h烧结可制备出以AlN为结合相的ZrO2-AlN复相材料(ZAN)。试验研究了金属Al的氮化反应过程,以及金属Al的加入量对复相材料性能的影响。结果显示:Al粉反应生成AlN的全过程,主要由界面反应和内扩散反应交替完成,且整个反应过程应为扩散机制控制。随金属Al粉引入量的增加,ZAN试样的热膨胀系数减小,抗折强度增大,抗热震性及抗氧化性提高。ZAN-3试样的综合性能优良,其常温抗折强度为73.61MPa,热膨胀系数为6.06×10-6/℃,室温~1100℃水冷残余抗折强度为4.64MPa。The AlN-ZrO2 multiphase material (ZAN) could be prepared by solid state reaction in N2 at 1600℃ for 4 h with P-ZrO2 and AI metal powders as raw materials, AIN was used as combining phase. In the experiment, the AI metal nitride process was studied as well as the effect of Al metal amount on the property of ZAN samples were studied. The results showed that: The process to form AIN from powdered AI alternates between interracial reaction and internal diffusion reaction, and it is controlled by the latter, with increasing of AI metal powders amount, thermal expansion coefficient of a sample of ZAN decreases, bending strength increases, thermal shock resistance improve; The sample of ZAN-3 has excellent comprehensive performance. Its bending strength is 73.61 MPa at room temperature, thermal expansion coefficient is 6.06×10^-6/℃ and remnants bending strength from 1100℃ to RT cycling 5 times is 4.64 MPa.
