摘　　要：明确公共采购合同订立程序及相关事项,有助于提高公共采购合同的签约效率,有助于推进订立工作的法治化进程。公共采购合同订立,一般经过信息发布、供应商遴选、合同草案起草、合同审定、合同签订、合同签章、合同生效和备案等步骤。Clearly laid down procedures and related matters for public procurement contracts,it will improve the signing efficiency of public procurement contracts,it will help promoting the rule of the process of contracts.The public purchase contract works out, generally after the Information announces, supplier selects the common purchasing contract, contract drafting of the draft, finalizing the contract, the signing of the contract, the contract signature, the contract to become effective and to set up a file and so on steps.
