摘　　要：质量是全社会的事情。全民质量意识的缺失,成为引发中国国内假冒伪劣产品泛滥,国外引发"质量门"事件的关键因素,也成为部分跨国公司在华销售产品采取国内国外双重标准的借口。因此,通过多层次多方面的质量培训与教育,树立全民质量意识,有利于提高产品质量,有利于经济发展由数量型向质量型转变。Quality is the issue concerned with the entirely society. The lack of civil awareness of quality turns to be key factors to .induce fake and low-quality products overflow in China, a trigger of ＂quality issue＂ in abroad. And it also becomes an excuse for taking double standard when transnational corporations soled products in China. Hereby, building civil awareness of quality is good for improving product quality and economic developing transaction from quantity to quality through multi-level and various quality training and education.
