Clinical Efficacy of Fluconazole and Itraconazole Treating Sporotrichosis and Antifungal Susceptibility Testing in Vitro

摘  要:目的观察氟康唑、伊曲康唑对孢子丝菌病的临床疗效,检测孢子丝菌对氟康唑、伊曲康唑的体外敏感性,探讨孢子丝菌病治疗的新方法.方法对120例孢子丝菌病患者分别给予氟康唑片和伊曲康唑胶囊口服治疗,30例患者给予碘化钾溶液口服治疗,并采用E—test法检测其中10株孢子丝菌对氟康唑和伊曲康唑的最小抑菌浓度(MIC).结果氟康唑对孢子丝菌病的总有效率为95.00%,伊曲康唑对孢子丝菌病的总有效率为96.66%,碘化钾溶液对孢子丝菌病的总有效率为86.67%.采用E—test法检测10株孢子丝菌对氟康唑和伊曲康唑的MIC值,范围为2~256mg/L,0.012~8.0mg/L.结论申克氏孢子丝菌对伊曲康唑具有良好的敏感性,对氟康唑的体外敏感性较低,但氟康唑和伊曲康唑对孢子丝菌病均有较好的疗效,副作用小.Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of fluconazole and itraconazole in the treatment of Sporotrichosis and to study the susceptibility on Sporothrix schenckii to itraconazole and flueonazole in vitro. Method 120 patients with Sporotriehosis were given flueonazole and Itraconazole for three months ,30 patients with Sporotriehosis were given 10% KI for three months. The MIC of tluconazole and itraconazole for 10 isolates of Sporothrix schenckii were deternined by the E-test. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 95.00% and 96.66% and the control group was 86.67% ; the MICs of Flueonazole and itraeonazole of the 10 isolates determined by the E-test were 2 - 256 mg/L and 0. 012 - 8. 0 mg/L. Conclusion The fluconazole and itraconazole are adequate method in the treatment of Sporotriehosis and the E-test method is a reproducible and standardized manner. It appears that the E-test method may have clinical utility in laboratories in antifungal susceptibility testing of Sporothrix schenekii.
