摘　　要：分析医药市场的现状、时代对培养创新型药学人才的要求以及药学生人文素质和创新能力状况,阐述人文教育和科学教育的有机结合是培养药学生创新能力的重要保证,人文教育在药学生创新能力培养中的重要意义和作用,探讨在实际工作中如何通过人文教育这一途径培养药学生的创新能力。By analyzing the actualities of Chinese medicine market, the social requirement of cultivating innovative pharmacy talents, and the quality of human and innovation ability of pharmacy students at the present situation, this article indicates that humanities education plays an important role of nurturing students＇ ability to innovate and the organic combination of humanities education and science education is a great guarantee for cultivating innovative pharmacy students. More over,further exploration about how to cultivate the innovation ability of pharmacy students by humanities education in practice is done in the context.
