摘  要:在最佳条件下(TiCl30.15mol/LNaCl饱和溶液,170℃,4h,含N添加剂与Ti物质的量比为1∶10)用水热法尝试在玻璃基板上制备了TiO2微米球,SEM、TEM和XRD技术表征结果说明,加尿素添加剂制备了完美的TiO2微米球,TiO2晶体为金红石型,并讨论了产物的形成机理。TiO2 microspheres were deposited on the glass substrates at the optimal conditions (TICl3 0. 15 moL/L NaCl saturated aqueous solution, 170 ℃ ,4 h, molar ratio of N-additive: Ti was 1: 10). Products are characterized by SEM, XRD and TEM techniques, which revealed that the as-prepared TiO2 crystals are rutile and the microspheres are large scale assembled of TiO2 nanorods. The results indicated that the urea is the best additive affecting on the products with which the as-prepared TiO2 microsphers developed on the glass substrates perfectly. The effect of the contents of urea being an additive, the reaction temperature, the reaction time and the concentration of TiCl3 on the products were studied, and the mechanism of forming mierospheres was discussed.
