摘 要:以TiCl4为钛源,乙醇为溶剂,采用溶剂热法制备了不同氮、镧掺杂量的TiO2纳米粉;以甲基橙为目标降解物,考察了纳米粉在可见光下的光催化性能;采用XRD、FT-IR、UV-Vis等方法表征其结构及光吸收性能。结果表明:溶剂热法制备的TiO2以锐钛矿为主相,N、La掺杂可以促进其向金红石相转变,并且在TiO2表面生成Ti-O-N键和Ti-O-La键。氮、镧掺杂TiO2纳米粉表现较好的可见光催化性能,其中掺杂4%N,0.4%La(物质的量比)光催化剂的吸收红移至580nm,并且在可见光下的催化活性比纯TiO2提高了5.5倍。N and La co-doped TiO2 with different doping contents were prepared by sovolthermal method with ethanol as solvent and TiCl4 as titanium source. Its catalytic properties of visible light was investigated through degradation of methyl orang under visible light. XRD, FT-IR, UV-Vis were used to characterize on the structure and properties of light absorption of prepared nanosized TiO2 powder. The results showed that the main phase of the TiO2 prepared by sovolthermal method was anatase, doped N and La could promote it turn into rutile, and form new Ti-O-N and Ti-O-La bonds in the surface of TiO2. N, La-doped TiO2 nanopowder showed better catalytic properties of visible light in which the sample which was doped 4%N,0.4% La (molar ratio) could extend the adsorption edge to 580nm. And its catalytic activity of visible light was increased 5.5 times than that of pure TiO2.
