摘 要:利用X射线衍射和等离子电感耦合等离子发射光谱研究了烧成温度、烧成气氛、淬冷开始温度等参数对掺杂和不掺杂的实验室合成熟料中阿利特的室温保留晶型和Al3+、Fe3+、Mg2+等主要杂质离子固溶量的影响。随煅烧温度升高,阿利特对称性升高,不掺杂熟料中阿利特晶型从MⅠ转变为MⅠ和MⅢ型的混合体;掺杂熟料中阿利特晶型从MⅠ转变为M和R型混合体。氧化气氛烧成熟料中阿利特的对称性高于还原气氛烧成的。还原气氛烧成熟料中阿利特无论掺杂与否,阿利特室温保留晶型都呈现MⅢ型晶体衍射特征。氧化气氛下烧成掺杂熟料中阿利特为以R型为主的R型和M型的混合体,不掺杂熟料中阿利特以MⅢ型晶体存在。在1450℃开始空气淬冷熟料中阿利特晶型对称性要高于其他温度开始淬冷的对称性。掺杂熟料从1450℃开始淬冷可以保留较多的R型阿利特。在其它较低温度开始淬冷,掺杂熟料中阿利特更多呈现MⅠ型晶体的衍射特征。不掺杂熟料中阿利特在所有开始温度淬冷,都呈现M型衍射特征。较高的烧成温度、较高的淬冷开始温度、氧化烧成气氛以及合理掺杂条件下,阿利特保留较高对称性的原因在于:随煅烧温度升高以及随淬冷起始温度的升高,Al3+在阿利特中的固溶量升高,Fe3+的固溶量有所降低,Mg2+的固溶量则没有明显变化。氧化气氛下烧成的阿利特中Al3+的固溶量要高于还原气氛下的,而还原气氛下烧成的阿利特中Fe3+/Fe2+的固溶量高于氧化气氛下的。Thermal parameters such as heating temperature, clinkering atmosphere and quenching start temperature, have important effect on the quality of cement clinker. Knowing the relationship of thermal parameters with the mierostructure of cement clinker,will help us to know the profundity reasons how the thermal parameters affect the quality of cement clinker. The influence of the thermal parameters on the room temperature polymorph of the alite and solid solubility of Al^3+ ,Fe^3+ ,Mg^2+ in the alite that extracted from doping clinker and common clinker was investigated with X-ray diffraction and Inductively Coupled Plasma atomic emission spectrometry. As burning temperature heighten,the symmetry of alite advanced. The polymorph of alite in the common clinker translated from M Ⅰ pattern to the mixture of M Ⅰ and MⅢ patterns. And the polymorph of alite in the doping clinker translated from M Ⅰ pattern to the mixture of M Ⅰ and R patterns. The symmetry of the alite in clinker burned with oxide atmosphere was more advanced than that burned with reductive atmosphere. Burned with reductive atmosphere, the X-ray diffraction pattern of alite was like the pattern of MⅢ alite, whether doping or not. Burned with oxide atmosphere, alite in the doping clinker was the mixture of R and some M pattern, and alite in common clinker was M pattern. The symmetry of the alite in the clinker quenched in air at start temperature1450 ℃ was more advanced than that quenched at other lower start temperature. Quenched at start temperature 1450 ℃, doping clinker could left more content of rhombohedron alite. Quenching at other lower start temperature, the X-ray diffraction pattern of alite was like the character of the MⅠ pattern alite. In common clinker, quenching at all experimental start temperature, the X-ray diffraction pattern showed all the character of the monoclinic alite.
