摘　　要：面对逐年加大的就业压力,高校原有的就业指导模式已无法适应新形势,职业指导模式个性化创新势在必行。本文以此为切入点,通过对当前高校就业指导模式存在的问题、大学毕业生在求职过程中所面临的困境等一系列社会热点问题的分析,深入探讨高校职业指导模式的个性化变革过程及其具体工作任务和要求。Because of the increasing employment pressures, the traditional employment instruction patterns cant adapt to the new situation any longer. It is imperative to innovate employment instruction patterns with individual characters. This paper, taking this as its starting point, explores the innovation process, the tasks and demands of university employment instruction patterns through analyzing the existing problems in the current university employment instructions and the troubles that graduates usually encounter during their job-hunting.
