摘　　要：剥削问题是困扰我国学术界乃至整个社会,至今仍未得到很好解决的一个重要而复杂的理论问题和现实问题。如何从历史唯物主义、唯物辩证法和经济伦理学的多维角度思考剥削问题,正确理解和处理剥削问题,对于贯彻新时期按劳分配和按生产要素分配相结合的分配制度,对于形成互惠共赢、稳定的劳资合作关系,对于推动公有制为主体,多种所有制经济共同发展的社会主义市场经济体制发展,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。Exploitation has plagued China＇s academic and community as an important and complex theoretical and practical question which not to be solved. It is very important to understand and deal with the issues of exploitation correctly by the multi-dimensional point view of historical materialism, dialectical and the economic ethics. Especially, only the problem be solved, can we carry through the system of distribution according to work and production factors. Futhermore, it also plays the great role in the formation of win-win and stable labor-capital relations. In the meantime, it is a very important to the development of socialist market economic system of public ownership as main body and multi-ownership.
