摘 要:[目的]比较野生红三叶及现有国内外品种间耐热性的差异。[方法]以三峡库区采集的9个野生红三叶材料(CQ1~9)、2个国外品种(瑞德和多丽)和1个国内品种(巫溪)为材料,采用盆栽法在人工模拟高温环境下,评价了12个红三叶材料的生理指标和耐热性能。[结果]随着热胁迫时间的延长,12个红三叶材料的田间成活率递减,叶片相对电导率和游离脯氨酸含量均递增,叶绿素总含量则递降,SOD活性呈先增后降的趋势。其耐热性由强到弱的顺序为:CQS〉瑞德〉CQ5〉多丽〉CQ1〉CQ2〉CQ4〉CQ6〉CQ9〉巫溪〉CQ7〉CQ3。[结论]按聚类分析,12个红三叶材料可分为3类,CQ8的各项生理指标稳定,成活率最高,耐热性最好。其次为CQ2、CQ4、CQ5、瑞德和多丽;CQ1、CQ3、CQ6、CQ7、CQ9和巫溪表现较差。[ Objective ] The study aimed to compare difference on the heat-resistantce between of wild red clover and the existing varieties at home and abroad. [Method] With 9 wild red clover (CQ1 -9), 2 foreign varieties (Rider and Dory) and a domestic variety (Wuxi) as the tested materials, the physiological indicators and heat-resistance of 12 accessions of red clover were evaluated through the bot test and under the artificial simulation high-temperature. [ Result] With the delay of the heat stress time, the survival rate of field plants of 12 accessions was decreased gradually, the relative electrical conductivity and free proline contents in leaves were all increased gradually, total chlorophyll content was decreased gradually and SOD activity showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. The heat resistance of 12 red clover accessions in order was: CQ8 〉 Rider 〉 CQ5 〉 Dory 〉 CQ1 〉 CQ2 〉CQ4 〉 CQ6 〉 CQ9 〉 Wuxi 〉 CQ7 〉 CQ3. [Conclusion] According to clustering analysis, 12 accessions were divided into 3 groups. CQ8 had stable physiological indicators, highest survival rate and best heat resistance, the following was CQ2, CQ4,CQS, Rider and Dory and the worst was CQ1,CQ3,CQ6,CQ7,CQ9 and Wuxi.
