双翅目昆虫侵袭对奶牛内分泌的影响

摘　　要：[目的]揭示双翅目昆虫侵袭时奶牛血清中激素的变化规律。[方法]选择9头成年健康的荷斯坦奶牛作为试验牛,按不同泌乳阶段分3组,采用个体跟踪法观察并记录侵袭试验牛双翅目昆虫的数目,自尾静脉无菌采血,提取血清,采用放射性免疫法和荧光分光光度法测定血清中AGTH、COR、PRL、GH和NE的水平。[结果]在双翅目昆虫开始侵袭的6月,血清中ACTH和COR含量较高,在双翅目昆虫频繁侵袭的7月奶牛血清中ACTH和COR水平下降,一直持续至9月。在昆虫活动嚣张期,血清中GH和PRL水平显著降低(P<0.05),但NE水平明显提高,9月开始下降。[结论]该研究为制定缓解昆虫应激的技术措施提供了理论依据。[ Objective ] The aim was to discover the change law of cow serum hormone during the invasion of Diptera insects. [ Method ] 9 healthy adult Holstein cows were selected as experimental cows and they Were divided into 3 groups according to different milk lactations. Individual tracking method was used to observe and record the amount of Diptera insects. The blood was took on the tail vein under the aseptic condition and then the serum was extracted. The level of ACTH, COR, PRL, GH and NE in the serum were detected by the method of radioactive immunoassay method and fluorescence spectrophotometry. [ Result] The ACTH and COR content in serum were higher in June when the Diptera insects began to invade, while the ACTH and COR level in cow serum were dropped in July when the Diptera insects invaded frequently, which lasted to September. The GH and PRL level in the serum decreased significantly （P 〈 0.05 ） and the NE level increased significant- ly at the insect active period, but the NE level began to decrease in September. [ Conclusion ] The research provided theoretical basis for the establishment of technical measures for relieving insect stress.
