褐煤中提取的腐植酸对小鼠急性及蓄积毒性试验

摘  要:[目的]从褐煤中提取腐植酸,研究腐植酸对小鼠急性及蓄积毒性试验,以阐明褐煤中提取的腐植酸是否具有安全性。[方法]用昆明系小白鼠进行了急性毒性试验和蓄积毒性试验。[结果]急性毒性试验结果表明,LD50>28 320 mg/kg,说明褐煤中提取的腐植酸属于实际无毒类物质;蓄积毒性试验结果表明,褐煤中提取的腐植酸无蓄积毒性作用。[结论]褐煤中提取的腐植酸属于实际无毒类物质,并无蓄积毒性作用。[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the acute and accumulative toxicity test of humie acid extracted from brown coal on mice, clarify the safety of humic acid extracted from brown coal. [ Method] The acute and accumulative toxicity test were carried out on Kunming mice. [ Result] The results of acute test indicated that LD50 was over 28 320 mg/kg, which inferred that the humic acid extracted from brown coal was nonpoisonous matter. The results of accumulative toxicity test indicated that the humie acid extracted from brown coal was noncumulative. [ Conclusion ] The study indicates that Humie acid extracted from brown coal was nonpoisonous and noncumulative.
