摘  要:[目的]测定抱茎獐牙菜中不同部位的药效成分。[方法]采用反相高效液相色谱法,测定抱茎獐牙菜中不同部位獐牙菜苦苷、龙胆苦苷及芒果苷的含量。[结果]结果表明,HPLC法测定3种药效成分的最佳条件为流动相甲醇-0.02%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,洗脱条件0~25min,甲醇:20%~50%;流速1ml/min,检测波长为260nm。该方法具有很好的线性关系和回收率。[结论]抱茎獐牙莱根部龙胆苦苷的含量最高,其余2种药效成分在花的部位有较高的含量。[ Objective ] The purpose was to determine three medicinal bioactive components in different parts of Swertiafranchetiana H. Smith. [ Method]The content of swertiamarin, gentiopicroside and mangiferin in Swertia franchetiana H. Smith were determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. [ Result] The optimum conditions of determining three medicinal bioactive components in different parts of Swertia franchetiana H. Smith were as follow : a Kromasil C18 ( 250 mm × 4.60 mm, 5 μm) ; the mobile phase was composed of CH3 OH and 0.02% phosphoric acid in water; the gradient condition was 0 -25 min, CH3OH 20% -50% ; the flow rate was 1 ml/min; the detection wavelength was 260 nm. The good linear relationships and recoveries were obtained under the optimum conditions. [ Conclusion] The content of gentiopicroside is most high in the root, swertiamarin and mangiferin have higher content in the floral part of Swertiafranchetiana H. Smith.
