摘  要:[目的]探讨邕江南宁市区段河水诱发蚕豆根尖细胞的微核效应及其与水质生化指标之间的相关性。[方法]在邕江南宁市区河段设5个采样点,应用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术检测不同时期(平水期、丰水期和枯水期)河水的微核千分率(MCN)及污染指数(PI),同时按常规方法测定其水质生化成分。[结果]邕江南宁市区段河水的MCN为4.29‰-12.07‰,PI为1.22~3.57,均存在较大的变幅;不同采样点和不同时期的MCN与其诱培水质的主要生化指标(NH3-N、CODMn、DO和BOD5)之间存在较强的相关性。[结论]蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术可用于邕江水体污染监测。[ Objective] This study was to discuss the correlation between the inducement of micronucleus effect in Vicia faba root tip cell and biochemical indicators of Yongjiang fiver water quality in Nanuing urban district section. [ Methods ] Setting up 5 sampling points in the Yongjiang river Nanning urban district section, the micronucleus test with Viciafaba root tip cell was used to study the water pollution in different periods, the MCN and PI were determined and the statistics analysis was used to evaluate the difference in MCN among different samples. [ Results ] The results show there are significant variation ranges in MCN and PI among the different samples of Yongjiang river Nanning urban district section, MCN is from 4.29%e to 12.07%e and PI is from 1.22 to 3.57 ; MCN of different samples in different periods are relatively correlated to the main biochemical indicators of water quality( NH3-N,CODMn,DO and BOD5. [ Conclusion] The mieronucleus test with Vicia faba root tip cell can be used to study the water pollution of Yongjiang river.
