摘　　要：老挝和中国一样,是一个多民族国家,其民族划分至今仍然尘埃未定,按照不同的标准有不同的分法,甚至有的少数民族还有待于考证。作为中国的邻国,老挝的民族政策与中国既有相似之处,也有不同之处,中国的某些民族政策值得老挝借鉴,老挝的一些民族政策也很有创新,值得中国研究并加以创造性运用。Laos is a multi-nationality country like China, the nationality division is still undetermined. There are different ways of classification according to different standards, and even some minority nationalities need textual research. As China＇s adjacent country, Laos＇national policies have both similarities and differences with China＇s. Laos should draw experience from China＇s national policies. Some of Laos＇national policies are innovative and worth studying and using creatively.
