试析中国安全环境中的美国因素

摘　　要：当前中国周边安全环境虽然总体上比较稳定,但其中也蕴涵着众多不确定因素,尤其是美国亚太战略对中国周边安全具有直接和间接的威胁,"中美关系既是影响中国周边安全环境的最大变数,也是最重要的因素",中美关系的走向在一定程度上影响着中国周边安全环境的状况。本文试从中国周边概况、中国周边安全环境的总体情况着手,着重分析美国因素对中国周边安全环境的影响。Currently, China＇s peripheral security environment is generally stable, but it contains many uncertain factors, particularly American Asia-Pacific Strategy has a direct and indirect threats to China＇s peripheral security, ＂China-US relations not only is the biggest variable, but also the most important factor＂. Orientation of China-US relations influences China＇s peripheral security environment to some extent. This paper, starting from the overall condition of peripheral situation and peripheral security environment, emphatically analyzes the influences of the American factors on China＇s peripheral security environment.
