摘　　要：静脉药物配置中心是将分散在医院各病区自行配置的静脉滴注药物,转为在药学人员监护下集中配置、混合、检查和分发的管理新机构。它实现了医院药学由单纯供应保障型向技术服务型转变,体现了以患者为中心的药学服务理念,是医院药学发展和管理的一个重要组成部分。Pharmacy intravenous admixture service is a new agency which is under the monitoring of pharmacists to concentrate admixturing, checking up and distributing the intravenous drugs. Compared with the former model of intravenous drugs admixturing in every ward, it has solved the problems of unreasonable drug use, ensured the safety of intravenous drug use and turned the model of the hospital pharmacy from ＂simply providing＂ to ＂pharmaceutical care＂. It has embodied our notion of ＂just for the patients＂. PIVS is an important part of the development and management in hospital pharmacy.
