摘 要:目的建立"君-使"对药黄连-栀子兔含药血浆中相关成分的高效液相色谱-电喷雾-离子阱质谱分析方法。方法采用乙腈沉淀法去除血浆样品中的蛋白,高效液相色谱法分离,电喷雾电离源离子化样品,离子阱质谱步进式碰撞法获得待测化合物的多级质谱信息,推测其结构及形成途径。结果含药血浆中共有6个成分来源于黄连-栀子。结论该方法稳定性好,可用于黄连-栀子兔含药血浆中相关成分的进一步研究。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography- electrospraytrap mass method for identifying the relating compounds of Coptis chinensis Franch- Gardenia jasminodes Ellis, one kind of "Jun-Shi" coupling herbs in rabbit plasma. Methods The protein in plasma samples was removed by acetonitrile. Then, the samples were separated by high performance liquid chromatography and ionized by electrospray ionizer. Finally, gradient collision technology was used to collect the father and daughter ions of the samples to presume their structure and fragment pathway. Results Six compounds in rabbit plasma were found from Coptis chinensis Franch- Gardenia jasminodes Ellis. Conclusion This method has the property of good stability and can be used for further investigation on the relating compounds of Coptis chinensis Franch- Gardenia jasminodes Ellis in rabbit plasma.
