高效液相色谱法测定珍宝丸中栀子苷含量

摘　　要：目的建立珍宝丸中栀子苷含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为ZorbaxSB-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(10:90),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为238nm。结果栀子苷进样量在0.0447～5.8240μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=1.0000,平均回收率为99.61%,RSD为1.78%(n=6)。结论方法简便、准确、重现性好,适用于珍宝丸的质量控制。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of geniposide in Zhenbao Pills. Methods The separation was performed on Zorbax SB-C18 column with acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid （10： 90） as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 238 nm with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Results The linear range of calibration curve was 0. 044 7- 5. 824 μg for the geniposide （r = 1.000 0）. The average recovery rate was 99. 61% and RSD was 1.78% （n =6）. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of Zhenbao Pills.
