摘　　要：目的建立测定强力天麻杜仲片中天麻素含量高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法采用DiamonsilTM C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸(2:98),检测波长220nm,流速0.8mL/min。结果天麻素进样量的线性范围为0.1325～0.6624μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.98%,RSD=1.10%(n=6)。结论HPLC法准确、灵敏,可作为天麻杜仲片中天麻素的定量分析方法。Objective To determine the content of gastrodin in Qiangli Tianmaduzhong Tablets by HPLC. Methods The external standard method by HPLC with Diamonsil^TMC18 column as the fixed phase and acetonitrilel-0.05%H3PO4（2： 98） as the mobile phase was adopted. The detection wavelength was 220 nm and the flow rate was 0. 8 mL/min. Results The linear range for gastrodin was 0. 132 5-0. 662 4μg （r=0. 999 9）. The average recovery rate of the sample was 99.98% and RSD was 1. 10% （n =6）. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, which can be adoptable for the quantitative analysis of gastrodin in Qiangli Tianmaduzhong Tablets.
