摘　　要：目的总结100例数字减影脑血管造影术(DSA)患者的护理及配合体会。方法术前对患者进行耐心的心理护理、充分的术前准备,术中心理护理、配合及手术后密切的观察、护理。结果100例脑血管造影均取得满意效果,造影成功率100%。1例患者术中出现血压下降,5例患者术后有轻微并发症。结论DSA能准确评估血管状况,比较安全。全面护理对保证造影成功、减少并发症有重要作用。Objective To summarize the nursing experiences of 100 cases with cerebral digital subtraction angiography. Methods With sufficient psychological and physical prepare, the cases were strictly observed and nursed during and after operation. Results The successful rate of 100 cases was 100%. Only 1 case showed a decreased blood pressure during operation. And 5 cases had minor complications. Conclusion DSA is safe to evaluate the vascular status accurately. The comprehensive nursing will ensure the completion of the process and decrease the complications.
