摘　　要：根据美军标MIL-STD-110B,详细分析了短波调制解调器发送端基带数据流的形成。针对目前短波调制解调器工程应用中存在的不足及美军标中值得研究的问题,讨论了短波调制解调器设计中的注意事项;并针对短波信道CMA盲均衡,论述了其研究前景和目前遇到的技术障碍,分析指出短波信道盲均衡是短波调制解调器下一步重点研究的方向之一。Based on MIL- STD- 110B, the paper detailed analyses the formation of transmitting data stream of HF modem, and in allusion to the shortage in the engineering application of HF modem and the issue worthy of research, the direction for design and research of H F modem is discussed. At the same time, in relative to HF channel CMA blind equalization, the paper discusses its research foreground and technology obstacle,and points out that HF channel blind equalization is the next key research direction for HF modem.
