摘　　要：农业产业化的实施和推进必将引起农业组织形式、农业经营方式、资源配置方式、农业和农村管理体制的变革与创新。因此，在制定规划、明确目标、创建基地、兴办龙头、开拓市场、利益分配、科学界定、评价考核、要素投入和组织领导上，必须正确把握和妥善处理诸多方面的关系。Abstract :To carry out and push ahead with agri business must bring up reform and innovation of model of agricultural organization,mode of agricultural management and resources demonstration and distribution,and management system in agriculture and the rural.Therefore,it is must be correctlly deal with and handle with the relations of different factors in making out the plans,making clear and definite the aims,founding the bases,setting up the leading enterprise,exploiting the markets,distributing the benefits,clarifying scientificaly,accessing and testing,the elements inputs and the organization leaderships.
